READING ROOM
Christian Science Reading Rooms are available throughout the world. These are unique spots for quiet prayer and study. For over 100 years, people of all faiths and races have found healing and hope in Christian Science Reading Rooms. Mary Baker Eddy provided for these unique bookstores and spiritual resource centers to be available in every community where there is a Christian Science church.

Here you will find Mary Baker Eddy’s ground-breaking textbook, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, along with Mrs. Eddy’s other writings. Also available are Bibles, Bible reference books, the full-text weekly Bible Lesson, The Christian Science Quarterly with the citations for the weekly Bible Lesson, items for children, Spanish and other foreign language materials, and other books, magazines, and CDs which share the effectiveness of prayer as explained through Christian Science and proven by healing. The Reading Room always has the latest weekly edition of The Christian Science Monitor, a Pulitzer prize-winning newspaper. These are all on hand to borrow or purchase. Additionally, the Reading Room has a computer with an Internet connection so you can access the many on-line resources for exploring spirituality. The librarian, an experienced Christian Scientist, looks forward to answering your questions and help you use the resources of the Reading Room.
